Requirements and responsibilities
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Digital QA Specialist to join a fast-paced interactive agency supporting healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring all digital experiences are flawless before they reach clients — including websites, email campaigns, interactive forms, and marketing sales tools.You’ll be responsible for:Visual QA (design vs. build accuracy, spacing, typography, consistency)Cross-browser & cross-device testingEmail QA across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile & dark modeSupporting test automation using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or SeleniumCollaborating closely with developers and designers in a fast turnaround environmentThis is a great fit for someone who:Has strong attention to detail and enjoys catching visual issues others missHas 3+ years of QA experience in a digital/web environmentIs comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven agency settingHas experience with both manual and automation testing⚡ Fast-paced, project-based work with multiple deliverables dailyIf you’re interested or know someone who would be a great fit, feel free to connect with me or send an email palak.thakkar@colcon.com
