I am a Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of delivering results across corporate, technical, retail, and early careers recruiting. I have deep experience in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and high-impact hiring events, I specialize in connecting top talent with the right opportunities while helping businesses scale strategically.
Previously, I spent over five years at JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Regional Recruiter and Event Manager, where I led end-to-end recruiting for high-volume, specialized, and executive-level roles across administrative, finance, retail banking, sales, and technical functions. This breadth of experience strengthened my ability to quickly understand business needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
In addition to recruiting, I led and executed large-scale hiring events and employer branding initiatives that increased candidate engagement and strengthened relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I was also a key contributor to the Market Expansion Project, where I staffed new branch locations by hiring Branch Managers, Associate Bankers, and Relationship Bankers, directly supporting business growth and market entry.
My experience also includes campus and early-career recruiting, where I supported hiring for Software Engineering internship programs and served as a brand ambassador for Chase, leading resume and interview workshops to prepare candidates for success while reinforcing the firm’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Prior to JPMorgan Chase, I built a strong foundation in student recruitment and higher education, where I focused on branding institutions, connecting with prospective students, and driving enrollment through strategic outreach. I developed and nurtured relationships with students, families, and educational partners to build strong talent pipelines.
