We are working on a confidential Corporate Controller search for a PE-backed acquisition platform. The role is fully remote, however if we can locate the right person within this footprint, it is preferred.A few things that make this one stand out:First finance hire, reporting directly to the CEOBuild the entire accounting function from scratchSelect and implement the ERP across all entitiesConvert acquired companies from cash basis to accrual on each closeReal acquisition accounting: purchase price allocations, multi-entity consolidation, technical accounting ownershipPE sponsor reporting from day onePossible Path to CFO for the right performerCPA strongly preferred. Big 4 or similar background a plus. High motor, tech savvy, builder mentality.Comp is competitive and commensurate with experience plus a 20% annual bonus target.
