We're hiring again!Full-Stack Engineers at Algorithm (remote obv)2–5 years of professional experience.Our stack is mostly around Javascript.We're not looking for someone who only sees themselves as a frontend engineer or a backend engineer.Our engineers understand products, systems, users, trade-offs, business requirements, and then use technology to solve problems.Code is part of the job. It's no longer the entire job.You'll work closely with founders, product people, designers, and other engineers. You'll be expected to take ownership, challenge assumptions, and contribute beyond implementation.AI is part of our workflow, but we're far more interested in judgment than prompts. Anyone can generate code. Knowing what should be built, what shouldn't, and why is becoming the harder skill.
