Requirements and responsibilities


• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis • Manage a team of six individual contributors, with 50 accounts each • Successfully manage a team focusing on new and existing customer accounts • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives • Build rapport and establish processes and guidelines for sales team • Develop, train and advise Sales Management and Account Executives • Meets weekly with Sales Manager (s) to review progress against targets and to remove any roadblocks that are keeping the Sales Executives from being successful • Provides Weekly Forecast to VP of Sales for the current month, quarter, year • Maintain 10% forecast accuracy every month • Analyze data on trends that will assist and guide future performance • Coordinates all ATG culture events on a monthly basis • Responsible for coordinating and conducting quarterly business reviews with team • Sharing of best practices with the team • Ensure the successful and broad adoption of our technology solutions and services • Ability to interview and discover sales management and individual contributor talent • Meet and Exceed monthly and quarterly targets • Ensures team maintains updated and accurate sales pipeline • Strong relationship management, problem-solving, organizational and phone skills, customer service, and written/oral communication skills required.
