You find clients, pitch services, and close deals.NOT a creative or design role.You do NOT make videos, renders, or design anything.You are the person who brings money into the studio.Your Day-to-Day:Search for potential clients (LinkedIn, email, cold outreach)Understand their project needs (discovery calls)Pitch Dotly's services (3D visualization, motion video, CGI ads, video editing)Negotiate pricing and close dealsHand off the project to the creative team (we handle execution)Maintain relationships and get referralsWho We're Looking For:Background in sales, business development, or client-facing rolesExperience in creative industries (design agencies, motion studios, production houses, or advertising)Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English)Self-motivated — can work independently, no hand-holdingUnderstands the creative/3D/motion industry (you know what clients ask for)Part-time availability (10-15 hours per week)Can work remoteWho We're NOT Looking For:Designers, 3D artists, or developersPeople without sales/client experienceAnyone looking for creative workPeople who need constant managementWhat We Offer:Commission-based (15% of every closed project value)Flexible part-time remote workAccess to international clientsReal growth as the studio scalesAbout Dotly Studio:We specialize in:CGI & 3D Motion AdsProduct Visualization (3D renders for e-commerce)Motion Video ProductionVideo EditingWe're a 2-person remote studio growing into a full agency.
