EZ MD Solutions is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Virtual Assistant / Medical Scribe with experience in OBGYN (Obstetrics and Gynecology) settings, located in Latin America. Responsibilities: - Provide real-time medical scribing and documentation support for OBGYN providers during patient encounters. - Accurately document patient history, physical exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions in EMR/EHR systems. - Manage patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and follow-ups. - Handle prior authorizations, insurance verifications, and referrals. - Perform medical billing support and coding assistance (ICD-10, CPT). - Communicate professionally with patients in both English and Spanish. - Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times. - Support US-based healthcare providers with administrative and clinical tasks remotely. Requirements: - Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). - Located in Latin America. - Experience in OBGYN or Women's Health settings preferred. - Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, Epic, or similar). - Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT coding. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Reliable high-speed internet connection. - Available for full-time remote work during US business hours. - HIPAA compliance knowledge required.
