We are looking for a professional Aircraft Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Airbus (Tianjin) Delivery Centre Limited. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the aviation industry, with expertise in multi-functional teams and subcontracted activities management. The role involves ensuring operational objectives are achieved, analyzing operational performances, and providing accurate visibility of operations to stakeholders. The candidate must have aeronautics education and be fluent in English, with French and/or German knowledge as a plus. Responsibilities: - Ensure OSW and NC Analysis during SHO - Ensure technical analysis of NC / QLB / TLB / QSR and creation of dedicated work order / Logistics order / Drawing analysis - Production support on all ATAs - Reporting & Communications (internal to Plant and XP Ops Managers) - ACPNG tool filling - Participate actively to SQCDP meetings - Act as prime Manufacturing Engineering Focal Point between XP Customers (FAL-A | C&DC), Suppliers (8 Plants | FAL-T) & subcontracted WPs & Suppliers - Participate to daily XP review meetings (SQCDP, etc…) as well as to weekly Section Hand-Overs and Aircraft production transfer meetings - Organize regular feedbacks with all Plants - Compile & distribute daily/weekly/monthly Manufacturing Engineering reports to H/O XP Operations - Prepare and manage the OSW after SHO until closure - Deliver according to priorities set by XP Ops Managers - Carry out technical investigations and coordinate with other support functions (e.g. MAP) and Suppliers (Plant, subcontractors...) until final closure - Manage complex constraints on FAL critical path (e.g. Power-on / Hydraulic release, Fuel test etc…) - Ensure on-time escalation of problems to H/O Operations - Correct filling and updating of ACPNG tool in accordance with SLA and XP Ops needs - Support, train & develop, provide Knowledge Transfer and tutoring to Manufacturing Engineering newcomers - Share lessons learnt & support XP multi-Program Operations
