As our first Senior Total Rewards Analyst, you'll be joining our newly established Total Rewards COE and playing a key role in ensuring that Apollo is equipped to attract and retain best-in-class talent, by offering top-notch compensation and benefits programs. This is an exciting opportunity for you to help build foundations from the ground-up and provide guidance and support to Apollo employees around the world. In this role (reporting directly to our Director of Total Rewards), you will work to design, implement, and administer our global compensation and benefits programs. Specifically, you will analyze market trends and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement, recommend strategies to enhance the employee experience, and drive engagement and retention with our total rewards offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct compensation analysis to proactively ensure that Apollo is paying competitively and in alignment with our global compensation philosophy
- Own market data (survey) benchmarking processes, including job evaluations, job matching, and vendor management
- Create global salary structures that are market competitive, internally equitable, and in alignment with local pay regulations
- Responsible for all ongoing compensation data management in our HRIS and ensuring a high degree of data quality/accuracy via frequent audits
- Provide guidance and support to managers on compensation-related matters, including job offers, promotions, salary adjustments, and other compensation-related decisions
- Develop and deliver training programs on compensation programs and policies to ensure understanding and compliance across the organization
- Support the execution and administration of Apollo’s compensation review cycles, including merit and bonus planning and equity refreshes
- Continuously identify process and design improvements and implement changes as needed
- Manage and administer our global benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and wellness plans
- Review and assess the effectiveness of existing benefits programs, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance our benefits offerings as needed
- Manage global vendor relationships to ensure compliance with local regulations and market practices
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality support to Apollo employees and to encourage a healthy and productive globally distributed workforce
- Monitor and report on program metrics, such as participation rates and cost trends, making adjustments as needed
