We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to manage synthetic data delivery projects for strategic autonomous vehicle customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and content teams to enable rapid outcomes for our customer base. They will also collaborate with sales and solutions engineering teams to gather ongoing customer requirements through detailed technical discussions and scoping meetings. The role involves running quarterly reviews with technical customers and their leadership teams, as well as deeply understanding prospects and customers. Responsibilities: - Manage synthetic data delivery projects for strategic autonomous vehicle customers - Work closely with the product, engineering, and content teams to enable rapid outcomes for Parallel Domain's customer base - Collaborate with the sales and solutions engineering teams to gather ongoing customer requirements through detailed technical discussions and scoping meetings - Run quarterly reviews with the technical customers and their leadership teams - Deeply understand the prospects and customers
