Requirements and responsibilities


1. Appointment Management: * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. * Manage cancellations and promptly fill open appointment slots. * Follow up with patients who missed appointments to reschedule. 2. Patient Communication: * Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email, or messaging platforms. * Address patient inquiries professionally and empathetically. 3. Referral and Authorization Processing: * Process incoming referrals and obtain necessary authorizations from insurance providers. * Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure all documentation is accurate. 4.
