You’ll recreate trending reels, maintain platform compliance, and deliver a consistent stream of viral content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This is a demanding role where speed, creativity, and precision matter. Key Responsibilities * Edit podcasts into short-form clips (6–25 seconds) with strong hooks, captions, and pacing. * Recreate trending reels, ensuring audio sync, visuals, and captions meet viral standards. * Maintain compliance across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — zero flags, zero takedowns. * Collaborate with the editing lead, apply feedback quickly, and uphold brand consistency. * Deliver at scale: 20–25 podcast clips and 30–40 reels per week. Success Metrics * First-draft approval rate of 80% or higher. * 95% of tasks delivered within 24–48 hours. * Consistently high engagement results from published clips.
