This position is responsible for making high volumes of outbound calls to prospective sellers, buyers, or investors to introduce the company’s services, qualify leads based on specific criteria, and set appointments for sales agents or acquisition specialists. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone while maintaining a professional and courteous tone. Key responsibilities - Follow pre-approved scripts to ensure consistent messaging. - Handle objections with professionalism. - Update and manage lead information in the company’s CRM system accurately and efficiently. - Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets. - Track performance metrics. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are properly handed off for follow-up. Additional duties - Conduct light market research. - Nurture warm leads through follow-up calls or emails. - Contribute feedback to refine scripts or outreach strategies.
