Key Responsibilities: Change Initiative & Delivery: - Manage multiple, interdependent projects and workstreams with a high degree of cross-functional complexity. - Independently manage programs of varying types and complexity, adapting delivery methodologies as needed. - Develop initiative governance structures and facilitate meaningful stakeholder discussions. - Drive thought leadership in delivery approaches and continuously improve practice-area methodologies. Project & Team Leadership: - Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking. - Provide calm, decisive leadership under pressure and tight deadlines. - Navigate ambiguity by defining appropriate frameworks and paths forward for project teams. - Mentor and develop peers, Senior Analysts, and Analysts within the program. Change Management: - Build and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to each initiative. - Apply innovative change management techniques in collaboration with specialist practitioners. - Develop and execute communications strategies to effectively engage diverse stakeholder groups across appropriate channels. Stakeholder & Influence Management: - Identify, define, and actively manage stakeholder relationships at Director level and above. - Serve as the primary ePMO point of contact for programs/projects, earning trust through strong relationship management. - Coalesce diverse stakeholder perspectives and drive alignment to keep initiatives moving forward. Resource & Value Management: - Identify creative, out-of-the-box solutions that maximize business value. - Assess program resource needs and engage the right cross-functional talent across Capital Group. - Independently develop and measure the value/benefit proposition of initiatives, tied to business unit strategies. Domain & Business Knowledge: - Demonstrate strong domain knowledge within relevant practice areas. - Maintain solid understanding of my clients business units and proactively identify opportunities to engage ePMO practices. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 8–10 years of project and program management experience. - Demonstrated experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams. - Proven track record in strategic and/or operational project delivery (business strategy, operating models, process improvement, change management). - Ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models across complex, multi-geography programs. - Exceptional communication and influencing skills across a variety of stakeholder personalities and seniority levels. - Comfortable operating across multiple offices in Europe, Asia, and the United States. Preferred: - Experience in the asset management industry. - Familiarity with a wide variety of investment products and vehicles.
