We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Payroll modules. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support for Oracle Cloud HCM projects.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams.Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Payroll.Configure enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, grades, jobs, positions, and workforce structures.Manage Payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll flows, costing, and payment methods.Configure recruitment lifecycle including requisitions, candidate management, offers, approvals, and onboarding.Conduct CRP/UAT sessions and support end-user testing.Prepare functional design documents (FDD), BRD, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversion activities.Support HDL/HSDL data loads and coordinate migration activities.Provide post-production support and issue resolution.Participate in client meetings and provide functional recommendations and best practices.Interested can share updated resumes at Email: Rakesh.s@avalonsoftwareservices.com
