We are looking for a Medical Billing & Credentialing Specialist to support a growing Pediatric Therapy practice remotely. This is a fully remote, full-time role for someone experienced in pediatric therapy billing, insurance workflows, credentialing, and revenue cycle operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Schedule: - Monday to Friday, aligned with clinic hours. Compensation: - $1,000–$1,500 USD per month. Responsibilities: - Submit and manage insurance claims for pediatric therapy services. - Handle denial management, corrected claims, and payer follow-ups. - Perform insurance eligibility and benefits verification. - Manage provider credentialing, payer enrollments, CAQH updates, and renewals. - Maintain accurate credentialing and billing documentation. - Communicate with insurance providers regarding claims and enrollment status. - Ensure timely and accurate billing workflows within Fusion. - Support organized reporting and revenue cycle operations. Requirements: - Strong experience in pediatric therapy billing. - Hands-on credentialing experience (payer enrollments, CAQH, renewals, etc.). - Experience using Fusion (required). - Strong understanding of insurance workflows, denials, and claims management. - Familiarity with pediatric therapy CPT codes and billing workflows. - Excellent written and spoken English communication. - Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Professional, proactive, and tech-savvy. Preferred: - Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare practices. - Strong payer communication and follow-up experience. - Background in pediatric therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or ABA billing.
