Four Dragons is sourcing five AI Implementation Specialists for ServiceNow's Expert Services AI Adoption Group.This is a hands-on deployment role — not advisory, not architecture-on-paper. You'd be executing AI Transformation Architect blueprints across Now Assist, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Task Intelligence, and Document Intelligence inside live customer instances.What I'm actually looking for:7+ years of ServiceNow configuration and implementation work.Real Now Assist or AI Agent deployments — not a webinar and a Trailhead badge.Two active CIS certs minimum. CAD is a plus.Comfortable in customer steering rooms explaining why the agent works the way it does.What I'm not going to ask you to do: cosplay as a strategist while the real work goes to someone else. The team that wins here is the one configuring, debugging, and tuning real workflows in real instances. If that's your work, this is your seat.Remote (US), up to 30% travel, W2 or 1099 through Four Dragons.Must be authorized to work in the US — no sponsorship.
