We are a fast-moving, direct-to-consumer health and wellness company rooted in six core values: Freedom, Love, Team, Growth, Excellence, and Courage.We are building out our Business Enablement Operations function and hiring a Marketing and Growth Operations Manager to own execution across our marketing and product initiatives.The OpportunityThis is an execution ownership role. You will be the central operator driving marketing campaigns, CRO tests, product launches, and rebrand initiatives from strategy through delivery. You will work across Marketing, Product, Creative, Tech, and Customer Success to ensure initiatives move fast, land on time, and connect to revenue outcomes.This is not a coordination-only role. You will own timelines, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and be accountable for outcomes, not just activities. This role reports directly to the COO and sits within the Business Enablement Operations team. It is a full-time, exempt individual contributor position.What You’ll OwnMarketing Campaign ExecutionOwn end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional initiativesBuild and manage timelines ensuring all deliverables are completed on scheduleCoordinate across Marketing, Creative, Tech, and Customer Success to keep execution movingCRO and Funnel OperationsManage and execute a backlog of CRO tests including landing pages, offers, and checkout flowsEnsure all tests are properly scoped, quality checked, and launched on timeSupport continuous optimization of funnels and customer journeys tied to conversion and revenue metricsProduct Development and Launch OperationsSupport operational execution of product development initiatives including new offers, bundles, and funnel updatesCoordinate timelines and deliverables across product, marketing, and tech teamsEnsure successful launch and rollout of new product initiatives with clear QA and go-live processesRebrand Initiative ExecutionCoordinate the operational rollout of brand and rebrand initiatives across all marketing and product touchpointsEnsure alignment across funnels, creative assets, product messaging, and customer experienceManage timelines, dependencies, and quality control across all rebrand componentsCross-Functional Workflow and ProcessAct as the central coordination point between Marketing, Product, and Tech teamsBuild and improve workflows, SOPs, and execution processes that reduce friction and increase throughputProactively identify bottlenecks and drive resolution before they impact deliveryWhat Success Looks LikeCampaigns, tests, and launches ship on time and on spec consistentlyThe CRO backlog moves at a predictable cadence with clear outcomes trackedRebrand execution stays coordinated and on track across all touchpointsCross-functional teams have clear timelines, owners, and accountability at every stageProcesses exist and are followed, reducing reliance on heroics or last-minute scramblesWhat You BringRequired3 to 6 plus years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Growth Operations, or Marketing Project ManagementExperience in a DTC, eCommerce, or direct response marketing environmentProven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, and operations simultaneouslyHands-on experience working with tech and development teams including writing requirements, managing tickets, QA, and launchesExperience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUpStrong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple high-priority workstreams without dropping detailsExperience supporting or executing a rebrand initiative across marketing and product environmentsPreferredExperience with subscription or free trial business modelsExposure to CRO testing including landing pages, checkout flows, and offer structuresFamiliarity with email and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo or MaropostExperience in lean, fast-paced, or turnaround business environmentsWho You AreAn execution owner who takes responsibility for outcomes, not just coordinationA systems thinker who understands how marketing, tech, and creative workflows connect and manages dependencies proactivelyA data-oriented operator who understands how your work connects to conversion rate, AOV, and revenueSomeone who pushes initiatives forward without waiting for constant directionSomeone with real experience navigating the operational complexity of a rebrand across multiple systems and teamsAbout the TeamThe Business Enablement Operations team drives operational clarity, execution, and cross-functional alignment across HBI.
