We’re continuing to grow our U.S. offering at Kayman Recruitment Group and are hiring a Rec2Rec Consultant to join the team.Today, we’re a 30-person global team operating supporting the staffing industry through Rec2Rec, outsourcing, and offshoring solutions.This is a key hire as we scale our U.S. client base, working with some of the most established and high-performing recruitment firms in the market.You’ll be working directly with the US team and the wider business, focusing on headhunt-led recruitment partnering with founders, leaders, and top billers across the U.S.What we’re looking for:Experience in professional recruitment / Rec2Rec / staffing with 1-5 years experienceStrong account management and relationship-building skillsConfidence with business developmentComfortable headhunting recruiters and leadersCommercial mindset and attention to detailThis role suits someone who enjoys relationship-led recruitment, high-quality mandates, and building long-term partnerships.Why join us:As well as a generous base salary and commission, you’ll have access to an established client base, strong inbound demand, and the opportunity to play a key role in building out our U.S. Rec2Rec function.📩 DM me or email emanning@kaymanrecruitment.com for a confidential conversation
