As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for dynamic HR Interns to support our recruitment, talent management, and organizational growth initiatives.GAO Tek Inc. offers an HR -Recruitment & Onboarding Internship, designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational growth. You will be working alongside senior HR professionals to support our company's recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall success of our expansion initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and outreach efforts.Post job openings on relevant platforms, screen incoming resumes, and help coordinate interview schedules with senior HR staff.Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.Support new hires with the onboarding process, including preparation of employment documents and orientation.Assist in conducting market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for organizational growth.Help engage with potential clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore collaboration opportunities.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Demonstrated interest in HR functions, particularly recruitment and employee onboarding.Ability to work independently and contribute in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Why Join Us?Contribute directly to key recruitment and onboarding efforts.Enhance your skills in talent acquisition, candidate management, and HR research.Receive three certificates upon successful completion.Work from anywhere with flexible hours.Strong foundation for a future HR role.
