Lead the Talent Acquisition Systems & Technology function at Allied Global by owning and optimizing the recruiting technology ecosystem across LATAM (Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, and Peru). Responsibilities include owning ATS platforms and integrations, building dashboards for data-driven TA decisions, leading vendor management and technology evaluations, implementing automation and AI tools across the recruiting lifecycle, and partnering with cross-functional teams to scale hiring operations. Travel up to 25%.
