Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities - Edit 3 minute/day of short-form video ads in Spanish for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. - Execute edits based on scripts, concepts, and creative direction provided by a Spanish Creative Strategist. - Create strong hooks (first 3–5 seconds) that stop the scroll and retain attention. - Use AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Veo, Sora) to generate visuals and increase production speed when it improves output quality. - Combine AI outputs with traditional editing workflows (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to deliver polished final ads. - Collaborate with an international editing team and follow established production systems. - Deliver consistently with a fast iteration cadence, including producing multiple variations of hooks, pacing, and visuals when needed.
