Requirements and responsibilities
To partner with developers and customers to communicate the capabilities of our client to customers
Understand and document the customer requirements
Work as part of an Agile technical team at our client to deliver customer-focused solutions
Assist other team members and customers
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Minimum 5 years work experience in hands-on development and/or technical System Engineer role
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Broad technical experience including:
Development in C#, VBA
Familiarity with code parsing, syntax trees, symbol resolution
Familiarity with TCP/IP Networking in a Linux environment
Scripting languages including BASH, Korn shell, VBScript, PowerShell
Experience with AWS
Experience with SQL database technology including stored procedures for mainstream SQL databases
Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments and tools
Highly desirable
Knowledge of Legacy enterprise environments including:
JCL
Cobol, PL/I
Ctrl-M
Datastage
ANTLR
Data analytics
Knowledge of PERL
Knowledge of graph theory and experience with graph DB such as neo4j, RedisGraph
Education
University Degree in Computer Science related field
Microsoft Certifications (Developer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist) are an asset
