As an Account Manager at Dinardi Project, you will have the exciting responsibility of being the bridge between our agency and our valuable clients. Your tasks will include: - Acquisition of new clients. - Management of current clients. - Market research. - Weekly and monthly reports. - Coordination with the technology team for the development of solutions specific to the insurance market. - Organization and presentation of new developments to all potential clients. - Research on potential clients. - Execute the initial company presentation to potential clients. - Conduct demos of existing products and meetings for functional analysis and development. - Documentation and presentation of the functional analysis performed, prioritizing the user experience. - Ensure that the expectations of potential clients are met at different organizational levels of the company, prioritizing user sensation and experience and ensuring that the service meets the required standards. - Actively participate, through continuous support, in the Implementation process of the defined solution. - Post-sale support for existing clients. - Preparation and presentation of reports to the CEO/CTO. - Follow-up with potential clients. - Participation in decisions related to communication and marketing matters. - Maintain open communication with the CEO/CTO.
