Requirements and responsibilities

🟠 Requirements: - Have an innate passion to serve people well. - Care deeply about people. - Is a team-player who enjoys connecting with others on a meaningful level. - Is passionate about the movement to change the future of healthcare. - Lives by shared core values. - Is a skilled medical professional. - Able to work full-time; 35-36 hours per week, 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday. - On-site practitioner with possibility of some telemedicine from home. - A board certified medical practitioner (NP or PA). - Ability to interpret and manage complex functional lab testing (e.g. stool, blood/urine hormones, heavy metals, environmental toxins and mycotoxins etc.). - Comfortable prescribing therapeutic supplements, hormones and occasional medications relevant to a functional medicine practice. - Ability to build collaborative relationships with patients and team members for a productive work environment while ensuring the highest quality of care and customer service. - Collaboratively manage practice members through a team approach with other Functional Medicine Practitioners, Health Coaches, Patient Navigators, etc. - Ability to actively listen to others while comfortably having crucial conversations to coach individuals forward. - Certified in Functional Medicine or on-track to complete Functional Medicine Certification. - Proficient experience of medical practitioner (NP, PA) experience. 🟠 Responsibilities: - Passionately serve patients, establishing meaningful connections, and providing high-quality healthcare as part of a dedicated healthcare team. - Collaborate in patient care within a functional medicine setting, interpreting complex laboratory tests, and prescribing relevant treatments, while fostering collaborative relationships with patients and team members to ensure exceptional care and a productive work environment.
