Don't worry, I can take it from here. 💻 Requirements: 🧩 Requires the ability to maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to be current on EtQ Reliance. 🧩 Experience working in application support, design, development, testing, and implementation of EtQ modules. 🧩 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 🧩 Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. 🧩 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 🧩 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 🧩 Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support. 🧩 Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams. 🧩 Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 💻 Responsibilities: 🧩 Work with internal customers in application support, design, development, test, and implementation of EtQ modules. 🧩 Performs advanced configuration to EtQ Designer, Python, EtQ script, SQL, JSP, and HTML scripting. 🧩 Code fix/enhancements. 🧩 ETQ promotion process. 🧩 As needed, engage with analysts to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. 🧩 Provide customer support for new functionalities developed. 🧩 Make recommendations of perceived solutions to potential problem areas and methods for improvement. 🧩 Provide EtQ support and training as needed. 💻 Interview Process: 1.
