✅ Responsibilities: • Answer questions and doubts, providing the best experience to our candidates through chat, email, and internal communications channels. 🚀 • Communicate with candidates that are invited or are interested in applying. 📣 • Log the feedback we received in our internal system. 💪 • Quality assurance of the process. 🔍 ✅ Expectations: • You must be available to work on a fixed shift during the day. We currently have 2 shifts available: - 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. COL time. - 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. COL time. • You must start shifts on time. • You must be available to work from Monday to Saturday, including holidays. • We are looking for someone with availability to work overtime (those extra hours are paid). ✅ We’re eager to talk to you if you: • Have impeccable written communication. • Have a background in startups. • Have done tech recruitment. • Have done candidate success. • Are fast learners and resilient. • Have attention to detail, emotional maturity, and constructive thinking.
