🦾 Responsibilities: 🔹 Provide level 1 and level 2 support for IT and end-users. 🔹 Integrate corporate applications into the company environment. 🔹 Efficiently support all applications by monitoring Slack IT issues throughout the workday. 🔹 Coordinate with systems administrator to release applications in appropriate environments. 🔹 Develop and maintain tools to enhance the end-user service level and facilitate support tasks. 🔹 Write and update information system documentation and procedures. 🔹 Update and maintain user incidents and production changes when needed. 🔹 Support the lead validation specialist team, performing this role during the times when you're not assisting with any applications support tasks (if applicable).
