Requirements and responsibilities


We are seeking driven and coachable Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our Procurement team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our B2B and B2C markets. You will help expand Trim Landscaping’s footprint by reaching out to property management companies (PMCs), HOAs, and homeowners, setting appointments, and passing qualified leads to our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups with PMCs, HOAs, and homeowners to introduce Trim Landscaping services. * Qualify leads based on market viability and customer needs. * Schedule appointments and demos for Account Executives using HubSpot CRM. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach and conversations. * Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Fulfillment teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and customer experience. * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including call volume, qualified leads, and appointments set. * Provide feedback from prospects to help refine sales scripts and outreach campaigns.
