Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and solution-oriented Supplier Research Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new suppliers, building strong relationships with them, onboarding them, and negotiating competitive prices.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new suppliers globally to expand our supplier network
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers through effective communication and negotiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and opportunities
- Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of supplier documentation and onboarding processes
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our business needs, market trends, and supplier capabilities
- Provide regular updates and insights on supplier performance, market trends, and procurement opportunities
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Solution-oriented and positive attitude, with a focus on finding opportunities and resolving challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
