Requirements and responsibilities

• LinkedIn Marketing: Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence by curating and posting relevant content, engaging with followers, and building meaningful connections within the industry. Track engagement metrics to adjust tactics as needed. • Content Calendar Creation: Plan, organize, and manage a content calendar that covers posts, blogs, newsletters, and other content, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing goals. • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative setup. Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimize based on analytics to maximize ROI. • Strategy Updates: Help with updates of our marketing strategy to reach and engage our target audience across multiple channels. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and action plans, and regularly assess and optimize the strategy based on performance data. • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct regular research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Prepare insights and recommendations to improve our positioning and reach. 10-15h per week.
