Requirements and responsibilities

Lead enterprise data programs by creating milestone-driven project plans, tracking deliverables, publishing status reports, and managing risks. Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Scrum), capacity planning with Product Owners, backlog prioritization, refinement, and readiness. Ensure alignment across teams, track dependencies, and collaborate with architects, data engineers & governance teams. Oversee data integration, governance, APIs, and drive execution to resolve impediments; communicate program status and milestones to leadership.
