The company is based in Kuala Lumpur.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director at Bridge in Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and performance management. The Human Resources Director will also need to have a strong understanding of labor and employment laws in the region.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Human Resources and HR policiesExperience managing employee relations and performance managementUnderstanding of labor and employment lawDemonstrated ability to lead and manage a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldHR certification (e.g. SHRM, HRCI) preferredExperience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plusRemuneration packageRemuneration package: MYR 10,000 per month with share option of the company after 12 months of services
