You will handle calls texts and inquiries with professionalism and warmth, helping guests with reservations questions and concerns while promoting our services and encouraging repeat visits.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to guest inquiries via phone text or other communication channels with professionalism and empathy.Schedule and confirm reservations while accurately maintaining guest records.Provide detailed information about our waxing services products and promotions.Handle guest concerns or complaints effectively to ensure a positive experience and brand loyalty.Maintain up to date knowledge of all services products and promotions.Collaborate with team members to streamline communication and enhance customer satisfaction.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across booking and CRM systems.Uphold brand standards for phone etiquette and service excellence.QualificationsProven experience in a customer service or call center role is required.Excellent spoken and written English with a clear neutral accent.Strong communication multitasking and typing skills.Experience using booking systems CRM platforms and Excel or similar tools.Organized detail oriented and proactive in resolving customer issues.Able to work independently in a quiet professional remote environment.A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others.Terms20 days of paid time off PTOWork schedule Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific TimeUS public holidays observedThis is a remote opportunity.
