We are seeking a Tech Lead proficient in .NET and React, based in Latin America (preferably Argentina), to join our team. You will contribute to multiple projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience with .NET, C#, REST APIs, and Web Services.
* 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
* Proven experience leading development teams and making technical decisions.
* Experience designing and maintaining scalable cloud architectures (preferably Azure).
* Experience with Sitecore 10.
* Demonstrated experience across the .NET development ecosystem, including testing and debugging.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
