IT Product & Project Lead at SweatWorks

As the IT Product & Project Lead, you will play a key role throughout the entire lifecycle of a custom software project, starting from inception. You will lead the Discovery Phase (first 3 months), focusing on defining the product vision, understanding user needs, shaping the MVP, and aligning stakeholders. After the Discovery Phase, your role will transition into Project Lead, ensuring execution aligns with the defined roadmap and timelines. You will work closely with technical and design teams to drive delivery. You will collaborate with a global, cross-functional team, including the Lead Developer and UI/UX Designer, using Agile methodologies. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining strategic thinking with structured execution. Responsibilities: * Lead product definition: gather requirements, define key features, MVP scope, roadmap, and success metrics. * Translate client needs into clear, well-prioritized user stories. * Design and manage the project plan, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and milestones. * Act as the main point of contact with the client, facilitating meetings, validations, and clear communication. * Coordinate with the Lead Developer and UX/UI Designer to ensure technical execution aligns with the product vision. * Manage the product backlog and Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. * Monitor product progress and adjust priorities based on feedback and delivery status.
