Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify below-market value (BMV), high-yield rental, and rent-to-rent opportunities across the UK.
- Build relationships with UK estate agents, landlords, and developers to secure exclusive deals.
- Negotiate purchase and rental agreements to benefit QSR Estates’ investor network.
- Analyze potential deals (ROI, yield, cash flow, capital growth) using internal tools/templates.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of deals on CRM tools.
- Prepare detailed property deal packs for investor clients.
- Communicate with the UK-based team daily.
- Track and document processes through SOP creation for consistency.
