Requirements:Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field.2+ years of full-stack development experience (Laravel + React).Hands-on experience with Bagisto.Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira, ClickUp, etc.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Prior experience in a software services or product-based company is preferred.Responsibilities:Design and develop full-stack web applications using Laravel, React.js, and Bagisto.Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrate third-party services.Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.Lead and mentor developers across multiple projects.Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Enforce best engineering practices, clean code standards, and maintain documentation.
