While not all skills are required on day one, we are looking for a nurse who is curious, improvement-minded, and eager to develop into a quality leadership role.This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, documentation quality, and clinical outcomes.Review audits, incidents, complaints, and survey findings to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Assist with corrective action plans and ongoing quality monitoring.Partner with clinical and operational teams to embed quality and safety practices into daily workflows.Apply basic improvement methods (such as PDSA and root cause analysis) to improve clinical and operational processes.Track and report quality metrics and key performance indicators.Support education, coaching, and remediation related to documentation, compliance, and clinical standards.Participate in quality and clinical improvement projects, including cross-team initiatives.Required QualificationsActive, unrestricted RN license.Experience in home care, home health, or community-based care.Interest or experience in quality improvement, patient safety, or compliance.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with quality audits, survey readiness, or performance improvement.Exposure to project management or cross-functional initiatives.Familiarity with EMRs, Smartsheet, or data reporting tools.Quality or project management certifications (e.g., CPHQ, Lean, PMP).Service FeeIndustry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.HoursUS Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pmWhy Limitlessli?We embrace the flexibility and convenience of a remote working environment, and you will collaborate with an international team while contributing to our growing business, all from the comfort of your home.Essential requirementsYou will need to have some essential tools a reliable computer and noise-cancelling headset, a second monitor for enhanced productivity, and a stable internet connection.
