We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Engineer who’s excited to work with modern technologies, take ownership of impactful features, and help shape the future of a fast-growing product. Requirements: - 5+ years of commercial experience in web development. - Strong skills in Ruby and Ruby on Rails. - Experience with React and solid knowledge of JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus). - Understanding of REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and clean coding principles. - Upper-Intermediate English or higher. - Ability to work full-time during US business hours. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain full-stack features using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend). - Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers. - Contribute ideas to improve architecture, performance, and user experience. - Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code. - Participate in code reviews and implement best development practices. - Work on observability tools such as analytics, error tracking, and logging.
