You will design, build, and maintain integrations between internal and external systems using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data exchange mechanisms. This role requires full stack ownership: developing backend services and frontend interfaces to support integration needs with minimal dependencies on other teams. You will ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performance-optimized while implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Working closely with product, operations, and engineering teams, you will translate business requirements into production-ready technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations between internal and external systems using RESTful APIs and webhooks.
- Build full stack applications (backend + frontend) to support integration requirements with high quality and minimal team dependencies.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to deployment automation using Docker and containerization.
- Ensure integrations meet security standards and performance benchmarks for production environments.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor on best practices through code reviews and drive standards for integration and full stack development.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C# (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API) for backend development
- Solid frontend experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript (Angular on its own does not cover this requirement)
- Deep expertise with RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Experience building fintech or payment-related products (lending, payments, credit, or core banking systems)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) and deployment automation
- Practical experience with Docker, containerization, and basic orchestration
- Track record of writing clean, testable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Fluent Spanish is required: the whole team works in Spanish. English is a plus, never a blocker.
