Go to Market Engineer.I run go-to-market for a two-sided talent platform: companies arriving with a need, and engineers arriving to prove what they can do. That means four fronts measured separately, demand, supply, network activation and brand, and a way of working that keeps me honest. Every initiative starts as an experiment, with a hypothesis, one metric and a date to decide whether it lives or dies. What makes me different is that I build the infrastructure instead of asking for it. KPI dashboards that refresh on their own every morning, agents and automations with Claude Code and n8n, lifecycle email sequences, and UX fixes that ship to production as pull requests. A year ago each of those was a ticket and a three week wait.I come from advertising. At BBDO I won a Gold and a Silver Lion at Cannes with Letters for a Law, the first Chilean Lions in Pharma, and a Grand Prix in Direct at El Ojo de Iberoamerica. That training still earns its keep: someone has to write the email the workflow sends at nine in the morning.I publish the reusable parts of the system as open source at github.com/coteyanezg.Native Spanish, C2 English. I work with teams across Chile, LATAM and the US. On the CRM side I run HubSpot end to end: I architected our object model and pipelines, built the marketing automation and lead routing workflows, and shipped the integrations that sync HubSpot with n8n and our internal tools.
