Hiring: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant | Europe | Remote Company: MOURI Tech Long-term B2B Contract We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll configuration, country-specific payroll, statutory compliance, and production support. Key Requirements: • Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll • Strong experience with SAP Payroll configuration, support & troubleshooting • Hands-on expertise in Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Payroll Areas & Control Records • Strong understanding of Gross-to-Net payroll, payroll runs, validation, reconciliation, retro/payroll corrections • Experience with country-specific payroll legislation, tax, social security & compliance • Experience supporting payroll for at least one of the following countries/regions: • Germany, Romania, Czechia, Türkiye, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, UK or LATAM. • Experience with payroll testing, issue resolution, documentation and production support • Ability to understand and interpret local payroll legislation in the applicable local/native language • English speaking and communication skills are required
