Responsibilities & more

• Define technology sourcing strategies for Corporate Technology products, services, solutions and digital platforms aligned to business objectives and priorities • Work closely with stakeholders to lead major sourcing programs, including collaborative relationships with other teams and overall project management • Develop and manage a high-performance technology sourcing and procurement team responsible for supporting supplier, sourcing and procurement functions • Keep abreast of industry trends that have an impact on Corporate Technology strategy • Lead supplier negotiations balancing input and involvement from stakeholders including business, Legal, Finance and Corporate Technology • Define and manage core processes and relevant metrics, to identity and manage supplier performance • Work closely with other key departments such as Finance, Legal and Security to ensure regulatory compliance and favorable contract terms • Act as a trusted advisor for supplier selection to define requirements for informed supplier decisions • Manage vendor relationships including business reviews as needed • Understand what makes teams successful and what role a leader should play in that process • Set clear goals and directions, and provide regular feedback on teams’ performance • Develop collaborative relationships across the entire organization at Stripe including other sourcing and procurement teams • Develop and manage a first-class service experience for internal stakeholders and customers. • Demonstrate accountability and holds others to account while promoting learning through experiences.
