Responsibilities

• You will work with your squad's project manager, product manager, and software developers to define and set project plans with timelines to ensure successful integration rollouts to our client • You will attend regular project update meetings to keep stakeholders informed, providing status updates on your deliverables and any client issues (and how they are being resolved) • You will execute the roll-out of brands from testing to go-live • You will provide ongoing maintenance to existing client projects; coordinating menu updates, onboarding new restaurant locations, and debugging issues • As part of your role, all Flyt Engineers and Operations staff will be required to be on-call at least once per quarter. That on-call are required to be 'available' to receive alerts as and when a pre-defined threshold has been breached. All those who are required to be on-call will be remunerated.
