Requirements and responsibilities


• Designing, preparing, and facilitating the process for the Universal Code of Conduct Committee and enabling them to deliver a UCOC enforcement outline for Board ratification by May 31, 2021; • Ensuring equitable and inclusive committee proceedings; • Engaging deeply with the Wikimedia communities and affiliates in the policy development process in their languages through building buy-in for the committee and its operations; inform volunteers on ongoing work to encourage them to participate effectively within the process framework guided by T&S Policy; • Coordinating the design, translation, and distribution of invitations for promoting participation in the committee’s consultation process; • Providing knowledge about our projects, including but not limited to informing staff on how our projects operate, answering their questions, and providing advice on an ad-hoc basis; • Ensure committee engagement on Wikimedia projects is efficient and has high impact; • Summarizing input, feedback, and insights relevant to the process; • Producing a summary report of engagement in assigned language communities, and • Other duties as assigned.
