We're looking for a full-cycle Senior Accountant to take ownership of day-to-day accounting and senior-level finance work within a lean, fully outsourced finance function.This dedicated full-time role is focused on maintaining accurate, audit-ready records, strengthening controls, improving accounting processes, and keeping finance leadership informed so they can focus on higher-priority initiatives.What We're Looking ForNon-Negotiables:Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Experience supporting private-equity-backed companies, particularly similarly sized businesses with limited internal finance staff and outsourced finance operationsStrong day-to-day bookkeeping and staff-accountant capabilities across journal entries, AP, AR, invoicing, and data entryQuickBooks experienceStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliable executionComfortable working in a lean, outsourced finance environment with the rigor needed to support the functionPreferred:Experience with ERP systems and improving data mapping between accounting and ERP platformsWorking knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting controlsBackground supporting a lower-mid-market manufacturing or product-based businessExperience cleaning up inconsistent invoicing and accounting processesComfort using technology and Al-enabled tools to work efficiently in a cost-conscious environment
