Partnering closely with our small finance team and broader operations team, this role keeps the books accurate, payroll running cleanly, and cash positioned to support the business as we scale. It's a hands-on, mid-senior role spanning close and reporting, payroll and people operations, cash and forecasting, and finance-adjacent operations, and it plays an active part in our ongoing investment in automation and AI-enabled tooling.This is a great opportunity to add AI to an accounting/finance resume and be part of a dynamic organization with excellent benefits in a fully remote role.We're looking for someone who is:An experienced accountant with a track record of owning processes and functions (8+ years)Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the discretion to handle sensitive financial and people dataEnergized by streamlining workflows and bringing modern, automated systems into finance operationsCurious about AI-enabled finance tools and eager to put them to work where they improve accuracy, speed, or oversightComfortable managing a recurring cadence of close, payroll, GL, banking, and forecasting in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative partner who surfaces issues early and brings operating discipline to a growing firmMessage me directly to learn more!
