HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking an Adult Psychiatrist (Board Eligible or Board Certified) to join a growing physician-owned outpatient behavioral health practice focused on holistic care. This full-time W-2 opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setting while providing outstanding clinical support, realistic patient volumes, no call responsibilities, and a defined pathway into physician leadership.
Unlike many telepsychiatry organizations, physicians are expected and encouraged to practice both psychotherapy and medication management, allowing them to build meaningful longitudinal relationships with their patients.
Adult Psychiatrist (BE/BC) Position Highlights

Adult Psychiatrist (BE/BC) Schedule
• 40-hour work week, flexible scheduling option for 4;10s
• Must provide 5 evening hours per week, or Saturday
• Approximately 28–32 patient-facing hours per week
• 1-2 Hours of weekly documentation time
• Attend weekly and monthly training and education meetings
• Gradual six-month patient ramp while receiving full base salary
• Average caseload of approximately 50 patients per week, when fully ramped up
• Approximately 80% follow-up appointments and 20% new patient evaluations
• New patient evaluations scheduled for 45 minutes
• Evaluations may be completed over multiple visits when clinically appropriate
• Follow-up appointments scheduled for 25 minutes
• Medication management integrated with psychotherapy

• Base salary of $220,000–$285,000

Adult Psychiatrist (BE/BC) Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
• PGY-4 Psychiatry Residents are eligible
• Physicians completing residency are encouraged to apply
• Active medical license or ability to obtain licensure in an approved state
• States: NY, NJ, CT, MA, or FL
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Passion for providing high-quality outpatient psychiatric care
• Desire to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment
• Spend more time caring for patients while dedicated teams manage scheduling, billing, credentialing, and patient acquisition
