Requirements and responsibilities

This is an appointment setting role, but not a basic one. We are looking for someone with a background in marketing who can: - Understand client needs quickly. - Identify good versus bad opportunities. - Write strong, thoughtful cover letters. If you rely on templates or do not understand marketing strategy, this will not be a fit. What You Will Do: - Search a major freelance platform daily for SaaS marketing opportunities. - Identify which opportunities are actually a strong fit. - Write high-quality cover letters using templates plus AI, then refine them. - Speak intelligently about: - PPC. - SEO. - Growth strategy. - Handle initial responses and qualification. - Book qualified discovery calls. - Track activity daily. This role is about judgment and writing quality, not just output. Marketing Understanding (Required): - You must understand marketing at a strategy level, not just tools. You should be able to think through: - When to use Google Ads versus Meta Ads. - When SEO makes sense versus paid acquisition. - When to recommend influencers versus not. - What makes a campaign likely to succeed. - You will use AI, but you must know what good versus bad messaging looks like. Writing Standard (Required): - We will review your writing carefully. Your cover letters must: - Be clear, structured, and easy to read. - Show understanding of the client’s problem. - Avoid generic or templated language. - Sound credible and professional. - Low-effort or sloppy writing will not be considered. Who We Are Looking For: - Background in marketing, digital marketing, or growth. - Strong written English (C1+). - High attention to detail. - Ability to think critically about fit and positioning. - Self-directed and consistent. - Comfortable with performance-based compensation. Compensation: - $50–$75 USD per qualified attended discovery call. - 5% commission on closed revenue (first 3 months). Typical performers earn: - $1,000–$2,500 USD per month. - Top performers exceed this. - We work with high-ticket clients and already close consistently, so this is a proven system, not a guessing game. Structure: - Monday–Friday coverage (morning CDT window). - Fully remote. - Performance-based role (no base salary).
